One no-show will result in being banned from both locations.  

All appointments must be confirmed with a credit card within 24 hours of booking. A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling for all facial and hair coloring services.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a service. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a relaxing environment for everyone.

Crown & Coat does not provide waxing services to children under the age of 13.

During childhood and early adolescence, facial features and natural hair-growth patterns are still developing. Our minimum age policy is intended to avoid unnecessarily altering or repeatedly removing hair during this stage of development.

Clients ages 13–17 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving waxing services.

Additional age and consent requirements apply to bikini and Brazilian waxing services.

Crown & Coat gift certificates may be redeemed toward services, retail products, or packages offered by Crown & Coat. Gift certificates do not expire and are redeemed at their remaining dollar value.

Purchases & Refunds
All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Gift certificates may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Redemption
Gift certificates may be redeemed toward any eligible Crown & Coat service, retail product, or package. If the purchase exceeds the remaining gift certificate balance, the difference may be paid using another accepted form of payment. If the purchase is less than the remaining balance, the unused balance will remain available for future use.

Gift certificates may not be used to purchase another gift certificate or applied toward gratuity.

Current Pricing
Gift certificates are issued for a dollar value rather than guaranteeing the future price of a particular service, product, or package. If prices have changed since the gift certificate was purchased, the gift certificate will be applied toward the current price and the recipient is responsible for any remaining balance.

Transferability
Gift certificates are transferable. The original purchaser or intended recipient does not need to be the person who redeems the gift certificate.

To give a gift certificate to another person, the originally issued gift certificate must be given to the new recipient. Crown & Coat will not reprint, remake, transfer the balance to, or reissue a new gift certificate for the purpose of transferring it.

Original Gift Certificate Required
The originally issued gift certificate must be presented at the time of redemption. Copies, photographs, screenshots, reproductions, or recreated certificates will not be accepted in place of the original gift certificate.

Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates
Gift certificates should be treated like cash. Crown & Coat is not responsible for gift certificates that are lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or used by another person.

Possession of the originally issued gift certificate is considered authorization to redeem it. Crown & Coat does not verify or determine ownership at the time of redemption and is not responsible if a lost or stolen gift certificate is found and redeemed by another person.

Lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged gift certificates will not be replaced, reprinted, remade, or reissued.

Promotional & Complimentary Certificates
Complimentary, promotional, donated, raffle, giveaway, or otherwise non-purchased certificates or vouchers have no cash or refund value and may be subject to separate redemption terms or restrictions.

Additional Policies
Possession of a gift certificate does not guarantee the availability of a particular service, provider, product, package, appointment date, or appointment time. All applicable Crown & Coat booking, cancellation, late-cancellation, no-show, service, and package policies remain in effect when a gift certificate is used as payment.

By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming a Crown & Coat gift certificate, the purchaser and recipient agree to this Gift Certificate Policy.

Where required, Crown & Coat will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing gift certificates.

Crown & Coat does not guarantee, warranty, or assume responsibility for fills performed over acrylic, hard builder gel, or any nail enhancement not originally applied at Crown & Coat.

Because product systems, application techniques, and nail health conditions vary widely between salons, we cannot ensure the integrity, safety, or longevity of enhancements applied elsewhere.

Important Notes:

• Fills over foreign enhancements are performed at the client’s request and risk
• Service longevity, lifting, cracking, or breakage is not guaranteed
• No complimentary fixes, repairs, or refunds will be provided for foreign enhancement fills
• If existing product condition compromises nail health or service quality, full removal and a new set may be required

For optimal results and nail health, Crown & Coat recommends:

• Complete removal of foreign product
• Reapplication using our approved gel and builder gel systems

By booking a foreign enhancement fill service, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.

We do not offer refunds for services. If you are unhappy with your service, please let your technician or receptionist know immediately. 

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
