Please treat your gift certificate like cash. Lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged gift certificates cannot be replaced, reprinted, remade, or reissued.
Possession of the original gift certificate is considered authorization to redeem it. Crown & Coat does not verify ownership at redemption and is not responsible for a lost or stolen gift certificate that is found and redeemed by another person.
