You should not use the Hydration Station if you have any of the following conditions:

Pregnancy or breast-feeding
Heart or respiratory problems
High blood pressure
Open lesions
Kidney disorders
Nervous conditions (i.e. epilepsy)
Other conditions that may affected by heat temperatures of 22⁰C to 47⁰C or a steam-sauna like environment (i.e. heat sensitivities)

Do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments for the hydration station are preferred. Please call ahead on your way down. Booking in advance allows our team can warm up the equipment prior to your arrival so you have best possible experience.

What do I wear in the hydration station?

Because of the steam, we recommend a bathing suit. We will provide towels. If you booked a massage immediately after, we recommend bringing slippers or easy to slide on shoes..

How long do I go in for?

One session is approximately 25 minutes long.
