We do require an appointment for all technician-based services such as massage and cosemtology services. UV tanning does not require an appointment. We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for routine technician-based services and 8-10 weeks in advance for bridal or special event services. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you can be put on a waiting to list to be notified of the first available opening.

Clients who pre-book are electing to reserve time with a skilled technician. Although you can pay for your service using the card on file - a convenient and touch-less payment option - the purpose of the credit card on file is to enforce our cancellation and no-show policy. When you confirm your appointment, the client is agreeing with our cancellation and no-show policies for the appointment. If the card is declined for any reason, the client is responsible for the full service amount to be paid within 5 business days.
UV Tanning does NOT require a card on file.
We do not require credit cards for same day appointments or tanning appointments.
At this time, we do not offer gift certificates for sale.
Cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation/reschedule or 100% for not showing up.
One no-show will result in being banned from both locations. All appointments must be confirmed with a credit card within 24 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
