Who is Liz Becker?
Liz is our wellness director, dedicated massage therapist, and certified holistic health coach. Specializing in medical and therapeutic massage modalities, including myofascial release and manual lymphatic drainage, she expertly helps clients melt away tension and achieve optimal well-being.
In addition to her massage therapy expertise, Liz is also a certified Reiki master. This holistic healing practice allows her to channel universal energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes. Many clients find that combining Reiki with traditional massage enhances their overall wellness experience.
As the facility wellness director, Liz is committed to fostering a positive environment for both clients and technicians. She guides and mentors her team by providing creative continuing education opportunities, ensuring they stay updated with the latest techniques and deliver exceptional care. Her passion for holistic healing is evident as she carefully curates our wellness retail offerings, handpicking high-quality products that support a vibrant and healthy lifestyle.
With a warm personality and a nurturing approach, Liz creates a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for every client. Her unique resume includes managing a wellness center, teaching massage therapy at Lackawanna College, and working with holistic dentists and yoga retreat centers, as well as operating her own practice.
